This league is a recreational mixed league; couples and/or singles can join and will be assigned to teams; Mixed foursomes may also join should that facilitate travel arrangements.
There will be a fall and winter draw comprising about 24 weeks of total play.
Games are six ends lasting 1.5 hours with time slots at 6:00 and 7:45 PM.
Half year membership is possible as teams are re-assigned for the second half of play

This league is the only one at the Highlander that is entirely comprised of men. Games are played at 6:45pm and 9:00pm. This league is made up of curlers who are new to the sport as well as those who have curled for many years. Games are 8 ends and each game is approximately 2 hours long.

There are more than one hundred twenty curlers. We curl every Tuesday and Thursday, starting mid October and ending the last week of March. Curling times for both Tuesdays and Thursdays are 9:00am, 10:45am, and 12:30pm. Games are six ends and last approximately an hour and a half. The Wednesday league is made up of both men and women of all ages. Teams include curlers with only a few years experience as well as those with more experience. This league is unique in that a new schedule and new teams are created each month. This allows individuals to be taken off a schedule during a month where they are not available to play. Games are 8 ends (approximately 2 hours).
